Wooden Labyrinth 3D for Symbian^3 – a game ported and published by Qvik – has won first place in its category at Nokia Calling All Innovators contest. The prize for this achievement is a solid $150 000 USD. The game was originally developed for the iPhone by Elias Pietilä – a Qvik co-founder.

Since its iPhone launch in 2009, the game has shipped over 10 million copies across these two platforms. Wooden Labyrinth 3D has also won an Apple Design Award in the past.

We at Qvik wish to thank our customers for making this possible! It’s been a great ride following the game’s success. Although Qvik has concentrated mostly on non-gaming related customer projects in the more recent times, we can never be sure what our great staff cook up in the future.

Let’s keep the ball rolling!
