We design and build the entire onboarding journey, from interfaces to integrations with identity verification, KYC, signing and core banking systems. We create progressive flows that minimize friction and collect the right information at the right time, reducing drop-offs and improving conversion.
We also have experience with more complex onboarding processes, such as for corporate and SME customers, where multiple stakeholders and roles must interact. In addition, we help banks continuously improve KYC processes, making recurring verification smoother for customers and more efficient for the bank.

During our seven-year partnership with Savings Bank, we’ve delivered across multiple areas: strategic product management, service concept design, UX & UI design and iOS & Android development. In 2025, the focus was a major update of their app, which now offers more smart services for a safer and more seamless financial everyday experience.
