Oura has smoothly ridden the waves of the modern well-being boom and is dedicated to producing finessed personal data for its’ users to guide their individual health journeys.

Antti Hermunen, Senior Engineer Manager at Oura, has a broad background in digital product development focused on health in mobile applications, diving and winter sports. He shares some insight on what to consider when you’re building a new digital product from the ground up. What are the ground rules for a big software project’s time management?
