We’ve put together a smooth and simple recruitment process to make sure that your path and the time you spend with us will be as pleasant as possible. You can read more about it below.

Culture Talk

Who are you and what are you looking to do next? What is Qvik and what do we do? What about our perks, clubs and guilds? You’ll discuss these topics at the first meeting with Kata or Jasmin from our Talent Acquisition team.

Skills

We will give you an assignment to work on to get a better understanding of your coding or design skills in practice. Alternatively, we can take a look at some samples of your work or personal projects.

Your skill level: eats cloud for breakfast.

Tech talk

In the second meeting, the focus will be on tech. You will meet with 2-4 potential teammates to discuss the details of your technical expertise, the tools and technologies you have been using, and your work samples or the solution to your assignment.

This is also a great opportunity to ask these guys what it’s like to be working at Qvik!

Tying the knot

And here we are, at the end of your path. If both sides feel like it’s a match, we are serious about tying the knot with you. As this is a mutual decision, it’s important to also give you enough information about us during the discussions. If there’s anything you would like to know more about, we’ll be happy to meet with you again.
