To make sure that we can support Qvikies the best way possible in both above mentioned, we are now looking for a People Engagement Lead who can help us take our HRD & wellbeing actions to the next level!
So what does it mean to be a People Engagement Lead at Qvik? We have recognized the main mission as a combination of HRD and wellbeing. Internally you will be working closely together with our five Head of business unit’s supporting and creating tools for them that help in people-related matters such as coping at work, knowledge development and self-leadership. You’ll also help them in recognizing employee behaviour. Our awesome internal People Team will be by your side to help you generate ideas that support learning and wellbeing at work. Externally you’ll have our occupational health care and other partners (existing and new ones) with whom you’ll be coordinating these wellbeing and learning development activities. To make sure that we are doing the right kind of activities you’ll be mastering people related analytics which includes measuring e.g. wellbeing and employee engagement.
What kind of competencies this role would require? As it is a new one for us too, we are looking for a person with experience from a similar type of role with HRD in focus. You feel comfortable taking initiative independently and see this as an opportunity to come and build an HRD & wellbeing function in a growing company. As people are at the heart of your role we believe empathic and easily approachable personality, good communication skills and ability to foresee challenges before they become actual problems are essential.
You should have the ability to act as a budget responsible and evaluate the financial impact of HRD and wellbeing efforts. As we work with digital services we appreciate any additional experience from the field.
