About the position and the team
Our sales & accounts team ensures that our customers are aware of everything the modern tech world has to offer for their digital services, now and in the future. We want to create an impact within the digital landscape with our customers, and you are the core player in the team! We develop and grow existing customer relationships, making sure clients such as Posti, Elisa, Yle, VR and Säästöpankki are satisfied with our deliverables. Our team also generates new business.
In practice, your days would be filled with business consulting, account management and sales activities, such as contacting clients, building offers, or responding to RFPs. Our team is active in attending and hosting events and webinars and together with our marketing team we communicate about Qvik’s excellence areas to the market and take part in relevant discussion. You’ll also be working closely with our consultants in the client accounts, making sure that the set targets will be achieved together and the account can be developed further in the right direction.
We seek someone who understands what it’s like to sell professional services, especially in the digital landscape. Having at least a few years of sales experience will allow you to quickly get absorbed into our accounts, putting your listening and negotiation skills into action. This is not a rookie’s role, as we hope that you have an understanding of different business models and industries, recognize their different needs and how our offering could resonate with them. You’d be using both Finnish and English in your daily work.
It would be out of this world if you also had experience and interest in customer-centric digital services and the design domain. Or maybe some experience in marketing. Please, don’t get frightened if you don’t, we are just dreaming here, as one should always have some dreams, right?
